Acceptable use policy

Rules for lawful, accurate and secure use of the website and enquiries.

Version · 7 September 2026

01Scope & lawful activity

This policy supplements the Website terms for website access and enquiries. You must not use the site to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, unlawful sanctions evasion, theft or other illegal conduct. Sanctions and restricted-activity requirements are those legally applicable to the relevant operator, provider and transaction; we do not assert that every jurisdiction’s restrictions apply to every visitor.

02Identity & information integrity

Do not impersonate a person or company, misstate authority, ownership or payment purpose, forge documents, or submit information you are not authorised to share. You must not seek arrangements designed to hide the true customer, beneficiary or source of funds, or split transactions to evade applicable checks.

03Website & data security

Do not introduce malware, send abusive automated submissions, bypass access or rate controls, obtain unauthorised access, or extract other people’s personal or confidential information. Avoid interference with website availability. Ordinary public browsing and lawful linking remain permitted.

Report a suspected vulnerability to the security contact with a description sufficient to reproduce it safely. Stop testing if it exposes another person’s data or could interrupt service. Reporting alone does not authorise intrusive testing or guarantee a reward; any authorised testing must have an agreed scope.

04Product eligibility & restricted businesses

Permission to make an enquiry is not approval for a payment service. Providers may impose additional business, geography, merchant-category and network restrictions under their own rules and applicable law. A business not mentioned on this site is not automatically approved. Explain your actual model so eligibility can be assessed before onboarding.

05Proportionate action & review

Where there is a reasonable basis to suspect misuse, we may reject a submission, restrict access, preserve relevant evidence and make a legally required or otherwise lawful disclosure. Action should be proportionate to the issue. Where lawful and practicable, we will provide a reason and consider a review request sent to the complaints contact.

This website policy does not itself authorise confiscation of funds, impose a transaction penalty or remove a statutory remedy. Any financial-service restriction, charge, account closure or return of funds must have a basis in the applicable service agreement and law. Urgent security concerns should be sent to the security contact.
