Company & service disclosures

The website operator, MSO information, service roles and contact channels.

Version · 7 September 2026

01Website operator & contact location

OnionPay is the website brand of the company identified below, together with its company and business registration identifiers. The published contact address is identified according to its stated purpose; the address in the MSO register is separately labelled. No walk-in service is offered through this website; contact us before planning a visit.

The operator is responsible for its own website, consultation handling and representations. The entity contracting for a particular financial service must be identified in the accepted service agreement; a website brand or shared presentation does not by itself establish the parties to that contract.

02Products & distinct provider roles

The website introduces global acquiring, cross-border payouts, card products through AutoCard and money services through iSeekMoney. Relevant arrangements may involve an acquirer, payment processor, remittance provider, card issuer, programme operator, bank or custodian. Their respective roles, responsibilities and any agency relationship must be established by the actual service documentation.

Separate product agreements govern applications, transactions, safeguarding where applicable, complaints and liability. These disclosures do not transfer responsibility away from a party that is responsible under its agreement or applicable law.

03MSO information & limits of scope

The MSO disclosure below identifies the stated licence holder, licence number, service types and register address. Consult the official Hong Kong Customs register for current particulars and status. Registration or authorisation for money changing and remittance does not itself authorise banking, deposit taking, investment services, card issuing or every acquiring or payout model.

A licence or official-resource link is not government endorsement of OnionPay’s wider product offering or a guarantee of a transaction, returns or fund recovery. Authority in Hong Kong does not establish authority in every destination country. The permitted arrangement must be assessed for the actual parties, markets and activities.

04Website functionality & illustrative content

The appointment form sends a consultation request. A reference confirms that a request was saved, not that a meeting or financial application was approved. The checkout preview is a simulation and does not charge a card or transfer money. Card images, payment-flow diagrams and WebGL visuals are illustrative and do not display live balances, actual issued card designs or guaranteed processing performance.

Product availability, supported currencies, pricing and delivery are confirmed in the relevant service arrangement. The website does not publish a universal availability guarantee or make every linked product suitable for every visitor.

05Business, complaints, privacy & security

Use the business contact for new enquiries; the complaints contact for complaints, contractual correspondence and other legal notices; the privacy contact for personal-data matters; and the security contact for vulnerability or security reports. Existing account and transaction issues should also be directed to the contracting provider’s official support channel. The website form cannot perform emergency account actions.

Provide a relevant reference and enough facts to identify the issue, without sending passwords, full card numbers, private keys or unnecessary identity documents. Complaint handling does not prevent recourse to a competent regulator or court. A contact email is not consent to a method of serving legal proceedings that procedural law does not permit.

06Documents, dates & language

Each page shows the version date of its website text. Updating website disclosures does not retrospectively change an accepted service agreement or accrued rights. English is the principal drafting language; the Chinese text is intended to convey the same meaning. Any priority rule is subject to applicable mandatory protections and the actual product agreement.
